To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at refund@tubema.ltd so we can resolve the issue.
If you decide to return an eligible product within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your returned product. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser of the product.
